Hello!

My name is Natalie, I am a 23 year old woman living in Portland, OR with my husband, and our two pets. Rosie the hedgehog, and Jean-Ralphio the cat. We moved to Portland in 2019 from Southwest Colorado. In search of better job opportunities, and a taste of life in a city. I grew up in the valley of Northern California, and my husband grew up in the Front Range of Colorado. We both work full time for the same company (different departments and floors), and enjoy using our free time to explore.

Pastimes and hobbies

• Running, hiking, and walking through the neighborhoods, admiring all the cool houses.
• Sewing, though I don’t sew super often, I enjoy sitting down for a project every now and then.
• Reading, I lost the habit during college but since graduating I have been slowly getting back into reading every single day.

My husband and I got married in September of 2019, in a local art gallery with amazing food, and lots of friends and family.

Why a blog?:

• I am not famous, I do not have a following, and I am by no means anywhere close to being an influencer. I just enjoy sharing my thoughts and hearing the thoughts of others.
• I love to write about whatever interests me, anything from short fiction stories to mini essays on current topics.
